5 MINUTES OF EXERCISE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Perhaps you’ve never exercised before or you’re currently stuck in a rut.

Right now-try this:

5 big inhales through your nose. Expand your belly as you take the air in. Exhale out your mouth.

 10 jumping jacks

 5 squats

 10 jumping jacks

 5 squats

 5-10 push ups (depending on what you can do)

 10 mountain climbers

 5-10 push ups

 10 mountain climbers

 5-10 push ups

 20 jumping jacks

 10 sit ups

 5-10 push ups

 20 jumping jacks

 Breathing heavy?? GOOD!!!

Do this for 5 consecutive days. IT’S ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY.

NO EXCUSES!

 Now feel how your momentum builds. Resist the urge to do more- that is what next week is for. Do this plan and you’ll know that 5 minutes of exercise can change your life.

 No equipment, no gym membership. Nothing but some sweat!
