They are liars. Depending on where you live the ad will say that the person who lost weight is from the city that you are in.

They get your city info based on your ISP’s IP location. These people are full of crap. I wonder if Rachel knows that her name is being used in a scam…

All the celebrities know their names are being used, many don’t bother to take any action. Sometimes the scammers are so difficult to find that it’s not worth the effort. They are all garbage products anyway. Check your email, I will send you a copy of my WARRIOR AND GODDESS WORKOUT PLAN. Eat healthfully and do my program three times a week and you won’t have to worry about wasting your money.
