DEFENDING AND PROMOTING THE SUN (AGAIN!) 
On Mercola.com there is a great article about how Vitamin D, given to us FREE from the sun, can help prevent and fight cancer.
For many years I have been screaming to be heard that sensible sun exposure is vitally important to good health. If the sun wasn’t healthy, God wouldn’t have put it here.
Remember, everything we need to stay well has been here for thousands of years.
Everything we need to be ill has been created over the past 75 years.
Think about it.
Actually, think about it long and hard. The sun screen/ sun block industry is a marketing creation designed to instill fear. Skin care companies have been pushing paranoia on us over how we are damaging our skin by sitting in the sun.
Read the above article. Do you own independent research (always check the source and make sure you aren’t be mesmerized by some propaganda piece) and then read the label on the sun screen in your medicine cabinet.
